Why we exist
Pizza and food in general have undergone the industrial treatment, with ingredients and recipes chosen for shelf stability and quick processing. We make our dough in small batches throughout the day, giving our flour, water, and yeast ample time to ferment, and letting time decide when our dough is ready for use.
Our dough, sauces, and every pizza we make use olive oil, butter, and real ingredients, no seed oils. Ask us about anything on the menu and we'll tell you exactly what's in it.
A note before ordering
Orders are placed online through Toast using selected pickup times. If no pickup slots are available, or if online ordering has closed, we have sold out for the day.
We do not take ASAP orders. Scheduled pickup times help us manage capacity and keep quality high.
Thank you for all the support.

The Dough
By letting our dough ferment slowly, the gluten has time to relax and stretch without tearing, while the extended fermentation develops deeper flavor in the crust itself. The result is a light, open interior, a crisp bottom, and a pizza that sits a little better in the gut.
